Hydro Jetting

Hydro Jetting: The Superior Drain Cleaning Method

At Commercial Grease Trap Cleaning Corp., we know how challenging it can be for commercial kitchens to keep their drains and grease traps free of clogs. This is why we offer hydro jetting services to clients in Indianapolis and throughout Indiana. Grease, food waste, and other residue don’t stand a chance against our high-pressure water jets.

What Is Hydro Jetting?

Simply put, hydro jetting is the single most effective way to clean drains and eliminate clogs. During a maintenance visit, one of our experienced technicians will insert a hydro jet into the drain cleanout. Then, using forward and rear jets, a blast of water will scour the sides of the pipes, removing all signs of blockages and buildup.

Uses

First and foremost, routine hydro jetting prevents clogs from developing in the lines. Similarly, hydro jetting makes short work of existing clogs and quickly remedies emergency situations. Additionally, hydro jetting is great for thoroughly scouring and cleaning grease traps, clearing sewage lines, and cleaning up parking lot grease spills.

The Superior Drain Cleaning Method

Unlike a drain auger, hydro jetting completely removes all residue from the lines. Snaking is effective for clients in need of a quick fix for an occasional drain clog. Snaking, however, leaves behind residue, which then leads to more persistent, severe clogs in the future. Hydro jetting, however, breaks up and completely dissolves clogs, keeping your drains flowing freely for much longer. Furthermore, hydro jetting is environmentally friendly and works effectively against all kinds of clogs, including:

  • Grease buildup
  • Sludge and debris
  • Tree roots
  • Hardened scale
  • Sand and silt
  • Hair clogs

Request Service

Hydro jetting is highly effective when performed by a professional plumbing contractor. In the hands of an amateur, however, hydro jetting can damage pipes and cause physical injury. Don’t fool around with grease clogs and overflowing drains. Instead, invest in a sanitary kitchen with free-flowing drains by scheduling routine maintenance with Commercial Grease Corp.
